These are going to be recipes that I either bake on my channel, have baked previously and love, or are passed down in the family. I hope you enjoy them and can share cooking with others. Clicking on the photos will take you to the full recipe.
Hamentashen
Hamentashen is a Jewish cookie with sweet filling, shaped like a triangle and traditionally eaten during Purim. Purim is a Jewish holiday commemorating the survival of Jews who had been marked for death by Persian rulers in the fifth century BCE. The most traditional filling for hamentashen is poppy seed, but you can use just about anything for your own spin on this sweet treat!
Classic French Bread
This loaf of bread has a deep, crunchy, toasty crust and a fluffy-as-a-cloud interior. It takes superhuman willpower not to eat it straight out of the oven!
Carrot Bread (Version 2)
This recipe for carrot bread is a bit heartier - and a bit healthier! It has whole wheat flour and less sugar, but it isn't any less delicious than Version 1. I like it with toasted with cheese or butter.
Ginger Chocolate Petite fours
Layers of buttery ginger cake and creamy, spicy chocolate ganache, all covered in a decadant chocolate coating. These petite fours may be a bit time-consuming, but they're worth all the time that's into them!
Lemon Loaf Cake
This lemon loaf cake is sweet, citrus-y, and oh-so buttery! It's perfect for dessert or breakfast.
Rainbow Sprinkles
Unlike store-bought sprinkles, these rainbow confections actually taste like real vanilla and sugar! They're a fun pop of color on ice cream, too.

I've been eating these spinach muffins ever since I was a little kid! They're delicious, low-sugar, low-fat, and naturally green. Because of their color, they're super fun to eat on St. Patrick's Day. Even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy these muffins.

This recipe is an adapted version of one from my culinary hero, Alton Brown! The long stint in the fridge results in tender, soft, ultra-flavorful buns. These sweet, cinnamon-y buns are a delightful breakfast treat!
